When going super low, it has a sharp ramped front edge to deflect road and debris away from your beam. Protects your adjuster unit while still giving access to the adjustment hole. Unless otherwise noted, sawtooth plates are delivered uncooked. All that is necessary for installation is three extended frame head bolts and washers. Fits all Ball joints and K&L Pin Beams, with a slotted hole that allows you to bring the plate up flush with the base of your frame head.
