RETURNS
Returns must be returned with items in a new/unused condition and in the original box and/or packaging prepaid within 30 days of invoice, with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange/credit.
We do not refund any shipping charges. NO COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.

A 20% handling and processing fee will be charged on all merchandise returned unless the error was ours. If an order is cancelled there will be a “Special Handling Fee” (also known as “Cancellation Fee”) assessed. The amount of this fee is dependent on the progress of your order at the time of cancellation. A 20% restock charge may be assessed in addition to the cancellation fee. Each cancellation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Note: Due to variations in manufacturers shipping times, active backorders are kept open until filled or until Slammed Bullies is contacted by customer for a refund.
