Replacement oil slinger for VW. This is the big disc that slips on the crank just inside the nose of the case. It prevents oil from the #4 main bearing from overwhelming the crank pulley keeping oil inside the engine case. This is a must and if not in place will allow oil to blow out behind the pulley.
